Arena · Penalty 3 · from 25 yards

The hit. A free hit from a spot 25 yards in front of the centre of the goal.

Everyone else. All players stay behind the hit point until the ball is hit or hit at. No opponent within 5 yards of the hitter.

The one exception. One designated fouling player on the end wall, left or right of the goal, no closer than 10 yards to its edge. That player may not switch sides after PLAY.

Rebound off the end wall. Only the fouling team may play it, within 5 seconds, and the fouled team must not affect that play.
