Arena · Penalty 2 · from 15 yards

The hit. A free hit from a spot 15 yards in front of the centre of the goal.

Everyone else. All players stay behind the point of the hit until the ball is hit or hit at. No opponent within 5 yards of the hitter.

The one exception. One designated fouling player stands on the end wall, left or right of the goal, no closer than 10 yards to its edge. That player may not switch sides once the Umpire calls PLAY.

Rebound off the end wall. Only the fouling team may play it, and must do so within 5 seconds. The fouled team must not affect that play (for example by being within 5 yards of it).
